Two Player Tic Tac Toe: The Classic Three in a Row
📚 Guide: Ludo, Chess, Checkers and Domino Games
What is tictactoe?
A stripped-down tic tac toe that opens and plays straight away. Two people share one screen and take turns placing a mark, with the grid and the rules exactly as everyone remembers them.
How to play
You click empty squares in turn on a three by three grid. One player lays down X, the other O. Whoever puts three of their own marks in a row across, down or on a diagonal wins the hand. If all the squares fill without a line being made, the hand is level and a new one starts. Since a hand is over quickly, playing several back to back becomes a habit.

Tips
- Grab the middle square. It is the only one where four different winning lines cross.
- If your rival has two marks side by side, drop your own plan and shut that line down.
- Look for the move that threatens two lines at the same time; nobody can block both.
