If you hold the rights to a game and want it taken down, send a message to the same address with the link to the game. Requests are answered within 72 hours at the latest, and a page is pulled as soon as the claim checks out.

The same address is the right one for reporting a broken game, a control table that no longer matches the game, or a page that loads the wrong title.
