Pool 8 Ball: Race the Clock or Play Head to Head
📚 Game Guides: games picked by genre, one page each
What is Pool 8 Ball?
Proper 8 ball rules on a sharp modern table. Play solo against the clock, or pass the device back and forth for a frame with someone beside you. Nothing aims for you here, the line and the strength are yours.
How to play
Circle the mouse around the white to place your aiming line, then click to load the strike. Whichever ball you pot first fixes your group for the rest of the frame, and after that only your own balls count. Sinking a rival ball or dropping the white passes the table across. Once your side of the table is empty, send the black 8 into the pocket you called and the frame is won.
Controls

Tips
- Think about where the white will stop, because that decides your next shot more than this one.
- Full power scatters the table but costs you control, and medium usually does the job.
- Decide on the black's pocket long before you get there, and never rush the last strike.
