Order of Operation Challenge: Brackets, Powers, Times, Plus
📚 Game Guides: games picked by genre, one page each
What is Order of Operation Challenge?
Expressions with brackets and powers appear on screen and you mark the correct result from four options. Every question forces you to get the order right: brackets, then powers and roots, then multiplication and division left to right, and addition and subtraction last. It makes a short, sharp revision round for secondary school math.
How to play
Read the expression in the middle of the screen and click the correct result from the four options below before the clock empties. A right answer lifts your score and brings up a new expression, while a wrong answer or an expired clock breaks the streak. Keeping to the order is everything: skip the brackets and work left to right, and you land on the trap results planted among the options. Your score climbs with consecutive correct answers.

Tips
- Finish inside the brackets before you look outside; solving the multiplication first is the usual slip.
- Multiplication and division rank equally and run left to right, so 24 / 4 x 2 makes 12, not 3.
- Scan the four options: one is often clearly too big or negative, which cuts the field to two.
